Please note that live rose bushes and cut flowers are subject to a specific freshness guarantee rather than standard returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile components are protected, and include the provided return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at the farm, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
