Manhattan Lights Lupine is a dwarf herbaceous perennial that forms a mound of palmate foliage.  Tightly packed spires rise above the foliage sporting large bicolor burgundy and yellow sweet-pea like flowers that bloom from late spring through summer.  Flowers best in full sun and rich, moist, well-drained soils.  Resistant to drought and frost.
