Iris germanica 'His Royal Highness'  - His Royal Highness Bearded Iris

His Royal Highness Bearded Iris is a reblooming semi-evergreen perennial with upward fanning sword-like foliage. Sturdy central stalks sport fragrant ruffled royal purple flowers with and grey-purple beards from mid spring into summer, and again in late summer.  Prefers partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils.
